The Armidale School Rugby Carnival (TAS)
Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April 2024

The Armidale School Rugby Carnival is the largest Under 12s rugby carnival held in Australia, attracting young rugby enthusiasts and their coaches, along with committed families and supporters, who make the journey to Armidale.

In previous years, visitors have travelled from the Sunshine Coast in the north, the NSW Southern Highlands in the south and many coastal and inland centres in between.
Armidale’s beautiful autumn colours provide the backdrop to the event, which utilises The Armidale School’s outstanding ovals and facilities.
The Carnival has now expanded to include an all-girls 7s competition for U14 and U16 players.
In 2024 the TASRC will be held over the weekend of 13-14April. This is a wonderful opportunity for players to experience a regional tour playing five competitive games, pooled against teams of matching standards, from across Australia.
Team members and supporters enjoy two days of rugby in the beautiful city of Armidale, located in the New England region of New South Wales. Armidale, Australia’s highest city is approximately five hours from both Brisbane and Sydney on the New England Highway.
